In the words of Don Quixote ' The stomach carries the heart, and not the heart the stomach'
our next tasting is a sit down food and wine matching experience taking you on a gastronomic tour of 'the land of the dry' that is La Mancha.
Our historic wineries are producing new wines made from varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet and Syrah which go great with the marinated style of cooking that this region is so famous for. And of course there will be plenty of Manchego - cheese from sheeps milk to munch on.
Starting at 6.30pm prompt the event will consist of 6 wines and 6 courses at a price of £30 a ticket.
