TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
To order goods on this website, you must first register your details on the website. You should submit your order online using your username and password chosen as part of the registration process and your credit card details. Your order will then be processed automatically and dispatched to you within 7 days.
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully as use of this website www.evuna.com constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. Evuna Wines Limited (“Evuna Wines”) reserves the right to update the Terms at any time by displaying amended Terms on this website. You will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms when you next use this website following any amendment. The Privacy Policy is part of the Terms of this website.

Unless otherwise stated, Evuna Wines own the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all text, graphics, trade marks, photographs, information and other material displayed from time to time on this website (“Content”) and expressly reserve all rights in the same. You may print and download extracts from this website for your own non-commercial use provided that you do not modify any of the Content, you do not use any graphics or photographs separately from their accompanying text and you do not remove any copyright or trade mark notification from such extracts.
All other reproduction or use of extracts of Content is strictly prohibited. In particular, no part of this website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission.
Your Access and Use
We do not accept any responsibility for any losses, expenses, costs or liabilities that you, your business or any other person may suffer if this website is unavailable at any time or for any period or your access to the website is interrupted, restricted or delayed for any reason.

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. Evuna Wines Limited (“Evuna Wines”) reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time by displaying amended Terms and Conditions on this website.
Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP sterling and are inclusive of VAT. All delivery charges are additional.
To order goods on this website, you must first register your details on the website. You should submit your order online using your username and password chosen as part of the registration process. A member of our team will then contact you on the contact telephone number specified on your registration form to process your payment for the order.
We accept payments by maestro, solo, visa delta, electron, mastercard, visa credit, commercial cards and jcb. There will be a charge of £1.50 on all credit card transactions. There will be no charge for debit card transactions.
We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order. We will inform you of any changes.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received. All orders made on the website indicate an invitation to treat. Orders will only become accepted offers once payment has been processed.
Availability
If for any reason, we are unable to supply a particular wine, we will replace it with a wine of similar type, and of at least equivalent value. If you are not satisfied with our choice of replacement, please contact us on 0161 819 2752 and we will refund the price of that wine and the cost of returning such wine.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order with us at any point up to seven working days from the date after which you receive the goods, provided the goods remain unopened and in their original packaging. In order to cancel your order, you must contact us on 0161 819 2752 or at wineclub@evuna.com and return the wine to us. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, we shall refund the price of the wine within 30 days from the date you notify us.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
(a) we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; or
(b) one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price by us or our suppliers.
If we cancel your contract, we will notify you by e-mail and will reimburse you with any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card within 30 days of your order but will have no further liability.
Our Guarantee
If you do not like the wine you have ordered for any reason, please contact us on 0161 819 2752 and return the wine to us. We will refund you the price of the wine once you have returned it. Free wine tastings are also available from time to time on certain wines at the Evuna restaurant in Manchester prior to purchasing the wine.
Age
Customers must be over 18 years of age. Customers will be asked to confirm their age when placing an order.
If our courier is in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery of the wine and the person receiving the wine is unable to produce appropriate ID, our couriers may refuse to deliver the wine.
Returning Goods
If you wish to return goods which are damaged or faulty, you must contact us as soon as possible on 0161 819 2752 or at wineclub@evuna.com. This does not apply to faults caused by your accident, neglect or misuse. Upon inspection we will replace the item or refund your card if we believe the goods are damaged or faulty. Return postage costs will be reimbursed if a receipt of postage is included.
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on your order form.
Evuna uses local couriers for delivery and will get a quote upon request for delivery. Delivery charges may change from time to time for reasons beyond our control. Any changes to such charges will be agreed with the customer prior to delivery.
If you wish to arrange to collect your order from the Evuna Restaurant in Manchester, please notify us when placing your order.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude Evuna Wine’s liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence.
Subject to the above, we will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer in handling the wine. In particular, we will not be liable for customer spillages or breakages.
Data Protection
By providing your details to Evuna Wines, you consent to us maintaining, recording, holding and using the information you provide us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
General
Sales on this website will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you agree that any disputes arising in connection with the same will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
EVUNA WINE CLUB
These supplemental terms and conditions apply to the Evuna Wine Club. It is important that you read these terms and conditions carefully.
Age
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to be eligible for membership of the Evuna Wine Club.
Membership
Membership is automatic and free of charge upon your first purchase of wine from Evuna Wines.
Evuna Wines shall be entitled to change the structure and benefits of the Evuna Wine Club or cease running the Evuna Wine Club at any time. All members will be notified of any changes.
All purchases of wine will be subject to Evuna Wines’ standard terms and conditions of sale in force from time to time.
Evuna Wines reserves the right to refuse to provide automatic membership under these terms and conditions, or to withdraw membership at any time by giving the member 30 day’s notice by email of the termination of their membership.
Gold Membership
Members who order over four cases of wine a year will automatically become eligible for ‘Gold Membership’ of the Evuna Wine Club.

This privacy policy explains how Evuna Wines use the information collected about you, how you can instruct Evuna Wines if you prefer to limit the use of that information and procedures that Evuna Wines have in place to safeguard your privacy.
The information we collect and how we use it
When you submit an order to Evuna Wines, you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name and contact details. We may collect additional information about you from e-mails or other correspondence that you send to us and we may also collect information about your usage of this website.
Where you have consented when providing Evuna Wines with your details, we may contact you occasionally about products and services which may be of interest to you including special discounts and new services. Evuna Wines may contact you by post as well as by email. If you change your mind about receiving this information in the future, please let Evuna Wines know by sending an email to wineclub@evuna.com.
If we enter into a joint venture with, or are sold to, or merged with another business entity, your personal information may be disclosed to our new business partners or owners. Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the personal information you provide to us without your consent.

Evuna Wines has put in place various security procedures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage including the instalment of firewalls, limited staff access and password control.

By becoming a member of the Evuna Wine Club or by sending an email to us, you consent to the collection and use of your information under the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Updating your details
If any of the information that you have provided to Evuna Wines changes, for example if you change your name or e-mail address, please email us the correct details at wineclub@evuna.com.
